Who it suits
This is a particularly sensible scouting-trip base: roughly 500 m from the Promenade, central enough to walk the city, and close enough to Nice-Ville for day trips. Accor lists air conditioning, a lift to every floor and wheelchair access.
The catch
The rooftop is a useful extra, but this is still a city base rather than a seafront fantasy. Choose it because it is easy and central.
