Hôtel Apollinaire Nice
A very useful hotel. Coming from us, that is a compliment.

On Boulevard Dubouchage, Apollinaire is a four-star hotel with 95 rooms and suites in a nineteenth-century building renovated in 2021. It sits between Jean Médecin, the green corridor and Old Nice.
No grand palace act here. The appeal is more practical: central location, a patio, easy tram access and enough comfort to spend the rest of your budget on something other than a rooftop pool you may never use.

The sensible choice in this selection, which does not mean boring. Very well placed, without every breakfast having to pay for a dome.
Why we keep it
The Durandy tram stop is listed around 200 metres away, with direct access to the airport. Jean Médecin and the main station are also easy to reach.
This is the sort of hotel that works well when Nice is your base and you actually plan to leave the hotel rather than stage a spiritual retreat in the lobby.

Who it suits

- You are coming without a car.
- You would like to keep some of the budget for restaurants and day trips.
Look elsewhere if...
- A pool is essential.
- You require a sea view from bed.
- The hotel itself needs to be the main event of the trip.
