The Select is all about ease: it sits on Place Marinoni in the centre, about two minutes from the station and within a short walk of the sea. That makes it unusually useful if Beaulieu is your base for train-heavy days.
The catch
Do not choose it for the resort experience. This is the practical, smaller-hotel answer. If step-free access is essential, verify the exact room and route before booking rather than assuming from the central location.
